About Vilnius Business College
Vilnius Business College (VBC) is a private college in Vilnius. 11 programmes are offered for Fall 2027/28, deadline 1 June 2027, studies from 1 September 2027, all undergraduate full-time 3-year English programmes in Vilnius. Business Management and Marketing is not available to Pakistani applicants and is not listed here. Below B2 English, VBC offers a one-semester Academic English Preparatory Programme at EUR 1,700 per semester (non-degree, not listed as a programme).
Tuition notes
Artificial Intelligence Technologies, Computer Game Development, Cybersecurity Technologies and Media Technologies EUR 4,500 per year; all other listed programmes EUR 3,800 per year. Application fee EUR 200 one-time, non-refundable, including all charges for document legalization needed for TRP (portal wording: administrative fees for double legalization of documents). Financial proof: affidavit of support plus bank certificate of about EUR 7,000 per year (original or notarised copy) plus receipt of paid tuition. TRP process takes 4-8 weeks; since July 2024 students come only with a TRP.

Grades
- Pakistan applicants: cumulative GPA of secondary results including final exams no lower than 60%.
- Business Studies: English at least 70% plus one additional subject (Mathematics, Geography, Biology or Economics) at least 70%.
- IT Studies: Mathematics at least 70% plus English at least 70%.
- Portal phrasing differs slightly (business: English plus Economics, Geography or History at least 70%; IT: a pass of 70% in Mathematics and a pass in English) and is not harmonised here.

- All certificates must be SKVC-recognised.
- No IBCC or MoFA requirement was found on VBC pages; only SKVC recognition plus translation into English is stated.

- Business Development and Entrepreneurship (code 6531LX137) is one programme; the word Investment in a tuition table is a label error for the same programme.
General
- Admission interview is mandatory for all.
- Pakistan is NOT in the portal additional post-secondary list (Nigeria, South Africa, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Togo, Mali require 1 year of post-secondary; Uzbekistan requires 1 year or a VBC exam).
- Wellness and Sports Business is the current title of the programme formerly called Health Technology and Innovation Business (code 6531LX136, title currently undergoing registration).

MOI: Pakistan is still expressly excluded on every portal page that states the exemption (standard wording: exemption for previous education in English except applicants from Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka). Pakistanis must submit separate English proof even if previous education was in English. International Hospitality Management has no exemption paragraph (only FCE or CAE, IELTS 5.5+ or TOEFL 69+).
